transformation of E. coli
In E. coli transformation,why is it that ONLY one plasmid molecule is acquired and replicated per cell?

To get a recombinant plasmid which codes for Adenovirus particle in mamalian cell culture system,it's necessary to co-transform 2 plasmids in one rec + Ecoli for homologous recombination between 2 plasmids...
