Default analyze ankyrin membrane erythrocyte

Could you give me suggestion, if I want to analyze protein with MW 180 kDa, how percentage of acrylamide can i use? Can I use 5 or 6% acrylamide? and how long running gel time we need if I use glass plate 15 x 10 cm ?
Thanks
