 culture conditions for Cath.a cells Does anyone know any special condition to grow cath.a cells? Last week i purchased cath.a cells form ATCC and cultured in recommended medium RPMI 1640 while following recomended cell culture techniques. Till now I could not see any doubling of cells, continuously decrease the cell number  |
