Hi all,
I have question regarding 5'RACE.I am not using kit to do RACE and it is my first time to do RACE. i tried so many times, but i got no results. i changed everything in the pcr conditions even i used gradient PCR. i think my primers is ok where it should have the G adapter to attach to the polyC tail tm around 68 and are 30 nucleotides.
i don't know what to do. is there is a problem in my samples?how do I know if the tdt enzyme was working or not?Do it have method to see whether the tdt enzyme was adding nucleotides to the cDNA.

can anyone help me, please
Thank you
