 qPCR Hello all, I would like to ask an question. My qPCR has kind of unexpected results. At attachment is the file from BioRad iQ5. There you can see 5 samples in 5 different RNA concentrations (200, 100, 50, 25, 12,5 ng/ul). The cDNA was pre-amplified by pre-PCR (the B row is not). Can someone tell me his/her opinion about the first A row, please? Thank you for your time.  |
