 Determination of Listeria in blood Good evening all, For an assignment on my final year, i have to do a theoretical determination of Listeria monocytogenes from a blood sample(in this theoretical question it was a pregnant woman who ate cheese). She got a Listerioses and i have to determinate from that blood sample that it was a Listeria monocytogenes. My problem is i do not know where to start. My knowledge of Clinical Microbiology determination is not of a very high level(I'm in the food branch with my current internship). So i don't really know what kind of tests i have to do to determinate it from that blood sample. Thank you for answering my questions! -- Syrae  |
