crazy about SDS- Page

Hi, i'm new to this group. I'm doing a research about lentil seed storage protein during germination. I face problem to run SDS-Page as I couldnt see any band even the standard maker after staining and destaining! May i know where is my problem? i'm totally blank out! @@

I just hope that anyone can guide me from top to the end about this SDS-Page. thanks....

Have you already tried it with another SDS device?
When you use a prestained marker, does it remain in the pockets or can see you see it drifting through the gel? What about your protein samples? they simply remain where you pipetted them?
What are your electric current settings?
Do you see air bubbles after connecting the device to a power source?

You need to specificy your problem better.

Thanks for give me reply...I think all of above i checked and finally i solve the problem already... the next problem is skewed band,i juz put 5 micronL in each pocket and set the current 30mA with 180V...howto improve it?
