Default TOP/FOP assay normalization

Hi friends,

I am doing TOP/FOP assay for detection of regulation of wnt signalling. Problem arise when FOP is giving you higher reading in few cell lines. If there is someone like me and found the solution of this problem I will be thankful to him.
