bacterial contamination 2 Attachment(s) Hi, i am having this bacterial contamination in my cultures...they are black moving dots....and the source is inside the zebrafish embryos. uploaded are the pics of embryos....can anyone suggest how to remove them....i am already using pen strep an ampicillin in my medium and usin gentamicin for washing cells |
