EGFP´s Molecular Weight
 

I am trying to set westernblot conditions to detect EGFP alone and fusion proteins transfecting HEk cells with different plasmids but when I transfect EGFP alone I see two bands. One of aproximately 27 KDa and another of aproximately 22KDa. Does somebody know some about those diferent sizes?
