Default No bands on NOX1-WT mice genotyping

Who has the experience with genotyping of the NOX1 konck out mice?
The primers I used are:
Reverse for KO mix: 5'-TCG GAT CGA GCG CTC TGA AGT TCC T-3'
Reverse for WT mix:5'-GGG ACA GCT TCC TGC ATC CCT CTG T-3'
Forward for both mixes: 5'-TAG CCT GGC TGT TCC CTC ACC CAA A-3'

The breeding parents: mother(+/-) father (Y/-), need to genotype the litters.

I mixed the these primers in one PCR tube, got clear band for the KO, but no PCR product for the WT. I also tried to mix only Reverse WT and Forward primers, no bands at all.

any suggestions will be welcome. Thanks.
