| When performing a microbial bio-luminescence's ATP assay on a UHT dairy product (sterile) , the addition of a ATPase is required to change the bovine ATP into ADP, The part I can't grasp is why is the microbial ATP not converted into ADP? I will appreciate any help, thank you |
