is this wise to do melting curve analysis when using taqman probe chemistry?

Taqman is the trade mark. and taqman chemistry is hydrolysis. after the elongation probe was hydrolysied by polymerase which has 5' exonuclease activity. because of that there is nor any material to bind to amplicon. you dont do melting analysis when you use taqman chemistry.
