Question Real Time PCR and Ct

I need some help with template dilution to adjust the Ct. I am using 1pM template which gives me Ct of 38. I want to get a Ct of 23. How can I achieve that?

Thanks in advance!

If you want to achieve it with the same template concentration, then you have to design good primer, you have find out correct annealing temp, optimum Mg concentration etc. But doing so you can bring down the CT value down. But am not sure that you can bring ct 38 to 23.
