Hello everyone, I'm Herve from Strasbourg (France). In the states for already quite a longtime. I'm trying to develop a new tech to identify proteins interacting during a dynamic process such as cell invasion by pathogen without all hassles of cloning, purification, tag, etc....

Hi, I'm a master's student, I'm doing an internship at INSERM, France. I work on filamine A and its implication in platelet function.

Hi I am making a cell from its molecular components. Isn't that cool?

Okay the process of making this cell is like this:

DNA extraction----------Chromosome separation----------Replication and formation of liposome----------looking up proteins for organelle of interest-------------PCR of genes for those proteins----------------Transcription and translation--------------Putting the protein in organelle-----------repeat from looking up proteins until organelle is complete---------------put organelle inside cell-----------repeat from looking up proteins this time for a different organelle until the cell is complete-----------ATP injection--------------Action potential to start life for the cell.
