Identical Twins and Copy Number Variation

I'm a student doing a research project on how identical twins differ. As a part of it I have been studying copy number variation. If anyone could answer my questions it would be very helpful.

I have only read about copy number variation in reference to disease susceptibility. Can it determine, influence, or affect other aspects of a person, like personality, behavior, and appearance?

If it can't, is there a genetic link to why identical twins often end up differing significantly in personality and behavior?

I have read about the genotype changing over time. How does this happen?
