| Hi, this is my first time to ask question in this forum. I recently start my lab work. I want to use caspase 8 and 9 to do apoptosis assay. But I heard from some other lab. these kind of kits are not stable. Which method is better to test caspase 8 or 9 activity, using alive cells or cell lysate? By the way, I'm using H295R cell line, a hard handling cell. Very appreciate if any information supplied. |
