Default please help

I'm writing a paper on a research article, but I don't really understand the procedure involved. I get most of it but... "The coating contains analogues that are coated with a fluorescent material. In the displacement assay process, the TB antigen displaces fluorescently-coated analogues and bonds more strongly to antibodies, causing a reduction in the fluorescent signal after excitation by the laser." Could someone please explain this to me? I understand antibodies bonding to antigens, but what is an analogue?
Please please please help!
Thanks
Shay

In that case the "analogue" is an analogue of the TB antigen. I mean, the "analogue" is like a fake TB antigen similar to the original TB antigen, but with enough difference as to be recognized by your antibody with less affinity than the original.

I don't know if I made myself clear, but that is what I understand for the article you quote above.

actually, that makes perfect sense! thank you sooo much!!! I couldn't understand why there was a reduction in the signal, but if the TB is displacing the tagged analogues then it makes sense. Thanks again

I Did not know more about Fluorescent material But I listen one time about this
Fluorescent material for color fluorescent lamps,

=> with high luminosity and lumen maintain, with stable quality.
=> the material gives off green color activated by UV ray at 253.7nm.
=> Formula: Zn2SiO4
=> No remains through screen 80 mesh/cm
=> Median particle size D50 is less than 10μm,
=> Main peak wavelength of the emitting spectrum is 525nm,
=> Also we can produce according to customers' requirements.

that creates ideal sense! thank you so much!!! I couldn't comprehend why there was a decrease in the indication, but if the TB is displacing the marked analogues then it is a good idea.

Default Tips For Renting A Roll Off Dumpster

Every now and then as we look round our home and property we take advantage of the urge to do a radical cleanup. The urge usually happens when spring set in the air, but it can happen anytime when we finally realize that the build up of unused and worn out bits and bobs have just built as many as be too much.
