 Concept of stromal bias In a paper on creating a gene signature to test in breast tumours, the authors mention that gene probes were removed they exhibited significant stromal bias in matched biopsies of breast cancer (PMID: 20697068). I'm not experienced in performing expression analysis so are they referring to stromal bias in the expression data or by looking at the two matched biopsies? Thanks!  |
