identify bacteria
 

I have isolated bacteria frm chicken n rat's liver. And i got bacteria as following:-
1)blood agar:moist,greyish,non-haemolytic
Mac conkey without crystal violet:pale straw,non lactose fermenter.
Gram negative rod, Catalase weak +ve,oxidase +ve,indole +ve,urease +ve,motility -ve.
Tsi yellow slant&butt,gt h2s

2)blood agar:moisy,greyish,non-haemolytic
MA: pinkish,yellow agar,mucoid
Gram negative coccobacilli,catalase weak +ve,oxidase +ve,indole negative,urease +ve,motility -ve,tsi yellow slant&butt,no h2s,gt gas.

Wat's d possible bac?pls help me...thanks...
