| Hi All,Is it possible to blot large DNA fragments using electro blotting? I used a 6% native PAGE with depurination. My fragment size is ~19kb. Do you think size does matter?! I used the biorad apparatus. It didnt work of course. If the DNA can move down, why cant it move across? Any thoughts? Last edited by Uday; 06-13-2010 at 04:32 PM. Reason: Spelling mistake |
