| In a lab experiment, I had bacillus stearothermophilus inoculated and grown at room temperature and another at 55°C. The one at room temperature appears to have grown better than the one at higher temperature. I'm told that it's a thermophile. Aside from using a completely different organism, what could have caused my results to be mixed up? |
