Default how might family size determine household budget dynamics from a game

theoretical perspective? I am looking at how the dynamics of family size might affect calorific food consumption and the possible future fertility of parents. This probably falls under the umbrella of evolutionary game theory. I need a little orientation as to possible key sources please.
