Default Does this sound like a good science experiment to do?

Problem:
Do plants grow better in Fertilized Soil, Ground Soil (your backyard), or in Water? what about with or without sunlight?

Experiment:
ill have 2 FS, 2 GS, and 2 W plants in the sunlight while ANOTHER 2 FS, 2 GS, 2 W plants without sunlight

does this sound like a reasonable experiment?
i have to come up with my own science exp. for my AP biology class next year -.-

PLEASE! any criticism/ideas are great!
