 Do drosophila melanogaster (fruit fly) experience crowding stress and does it alter their reproduction? I know other animals do like rats. Because the stress stimulates their adrenal glands with then affect their reproduction. but the fruit flies don't have any specialised endocrine structures or do they?  |
