 Ventricular Endothelial Cell Isolation I currently isolate ventricular cardiomyocyes form neonatal rat pups using a percol gradient. In the gradient we get a clear band of myocytes, another nbnad of no-myocyte cells and cell debris and red blood cells at the bottom. Has anyone ever isolated endothelial cells from the heart? Does anyone know a good cell surface marker and/or antibody that would be useful? Any suggestions woudl be appreaciated. -AB  |
