Default how to clone sonicated DNA afer ChIP?

Hi, everyone,
I have some difficulty in cloning the sonicated DNA after ChIP. Do you know which kind of protocol I should follow? I want to clone them into the blunt-ended vector. Is that correct?
Thank you.

I'd suggest looking up ChIP-seq protocols and following the steps they use for end repair and linker ligation, but ligating to your library plasmid rather than the linkers. Here's one reference:

Thank you. I'll look at the reference paper and try to figure it out.
