Unhappy plamsids and dna



hi and asalamualykum ! nyc joke,,,hehehhehe..its true////could you please answer one of my questions..im struggling to work out the answer..my question is before isloation of plasmid dna why does it have to be incubated?..imr eally not sure...

To maybe answer your confused and confusing question, plasmids are incubated before the plasmid prep to grow. Technically, since plasmids are inside bacteria, the plasmids replicate in the bacteria, the bacteria reproduce, creating more plasmids that replicate.
