Default Cell Biology Question
I was hoping that somebody could help me to determine a correct IP3-Akt/PKB pathway that leads to increased cell proliferation without differentiation. Thank you for any assistance.

Or more specifically does anybody know of a temperature sensitive autocrine factor that will affect Ras in such a way that it will activate PI3K?
