 newbie - looking for consensus sequence in promoter hello all, i have been given the task of looking for a TF binding site in the promoters of different genes in different species what types of programs are there that can handle the fact that of the six nucleotides, two of them can be different types of nucleotides (i.e. A/G G G/T TCA) thanks for any help you can give me!  |
