 Chimerism analysis on ABI3500 using GeneMapper v4.1 Is there anyone who works with Identifiler products on ABI3500? We haven't got GeneMapper ID, but we have idea to analyze our raw data from Data collection 3500 software with Gene Mapper v4.1 (using microsatellite analysis method with some modifications). The main question is: should we use HID analysis method in Data Collection (which generates *.hid files) or Fragment analysis method (*.fsa files)?  |
