 Metabolic pathway analysis (bacteria) -What software to use? Hi all. I am pretty new in bioinformatics. Currently I am working on two projects which I need to come out with a map or pathway map, which I have no idea what softwares to use. Whole genome sequencing on these two bacteria. The first project is to illustrate the mechanism of heavy metal resistance character of Pseudomonas. I was searching in the KEGG but I cant find anything that is related to the heavy metal resistance. My supervisor wants me to come out with a map on how this bacteria able to survive in the condition with high copper concentration. What software is required to do this? Next, is about quorum-quenching N-acyl-homoserine lactonase (EC 3.1.1.81) of Bacillus sp. How to illustrate a metabolic pathway. which is something like the KEGG Map, to tell people where this enzyme located at? What software you need to do this?  |
