| Hi all, I am looking for a program which will allow me to compare two or more protein sequences (or nucleotide sequences) to determine differences in domains/motifs between them. I realise I can use ScanProsite to detect domains/motifs seperately and then compare them, but its painful. Anything out there that will do this? Cheers |
