| Hi all ! That's the week-end, I am lazy, and I am wondering if it exist a program or a script for writing a regex from a multiple sequence alignment. e.g. input (= multiple sequence alignment): ATGCTGC ATCCGAT ATCCCTT output (= regex): AT[GC]C[TGC][GAT][CT] Thanks ! |
