 Generate regex from multiple sequence alignment Hi all ! That's the week-end, I am lazy, and I am wondering if it exist a program or a script for writing a regex from a multiple sequence alignment. e.g. input (= multiple sequence alignment): ATGCTGC ATCCGAT ATCCCTT output (= regex): AT[GC]C[TGC][GAT][CT] Thanks !  |

| Re: Generate regex from multiple sequence alignment MEME will do something similar to what you want. [Only registered users see links. ] Although it isn't exactly an aligner so it might only work for certain applications |
