 Correlate growth over time with Hello everyone, Im working on a project, where I need to connect a real-time measurement of cell proliferation with single phosphorylation measurement of proteins after several treatments with reactive agents. However my problem would be is there already some publication concerning this correlation. I mean right now Im dicretizing my datas and doing Chi-square test on it. But I dont like the fact of limiting all this to few classification groups. Thanks in advance Rich  |
