Interactome involving a particular protein

Beginner in Bioinfo, I am looking for a software, online-web server, database... to find in Human all the endogenous molecules (protein in particular) interacting with a precise protein (let's say Insulin for instance).

Do you know if it is at least possible?

are you looking for known interactors, or you want to model and predict interactions? there are also ways to experimentally find out if there aren't any known ones... not sure what you're aiming to do here?
