Default human miRNA correlation with murine mRNA

Hi every one,

I have several articles that have worked on the effect of a certain compound on mice. They have used microarrays and have identified genes and pathways present in the response of mice.
Is there a way that I use this information to guess the possible miRNA alteration in human?
