I am carrying out a project concerning the interaction network of the Tol-pal system. I would like to know whether or not a set of these proteins i.e TolB and Pal, have co-evolved thereby indicating an interaction.
I have created phylogenetic trees using baysian analysis to study their congruence but I now need to go further and carry out some 'real' co-evolutionary analysis.
Could any of you point me in the right direction, towards papers or specific programs to use?
Thank you very much for any help given
