| HI, I would like to know how make my sequences with BLAST OR FASTA format? |

| Actually there is no file format called BLAST, BLAST is an alignment tool. To make FASTA files, use the ">" symbol followed by the name of the sequence, and on the next line paste your sequence, and save the file with an extension .fasta eg : >exampleSequence YYGSYLYSETWNTGIMLLLITMATAFMGYVLPWGQMSFWGATVITNLFSA IPYIGTNLV EWIWGGFSVDKATLNRFFAFHFILPFTMVALAGVHLTFLHETGSNNPLGL TSDSDKIPFHPYYTIKDFLG |
