Can you pls give me a hint on how to produce a set of synthetic DNA sequences with either high curvature or high GC-Skew?

You can generate DNA sequences with given GC-Skew value in tool UGENE(ugene.unipro.ru/snapshot.html). This feature presents in UGENE since revision 482
