 MacVector Hi There I am trying to align two amino acid sequences in MacVector, but one is only a antibody sequence from a distributor website, i.e. I don't have a fasta file for this sequence. I don't manage to create a fasta file out of this that MacVector recognises. Since the sequence is short I just wrote it (can't copy paste it into MacVector either) into MacVector but what if I've got a longer sequence? Does anybody has experience with that?  |
