 nucleotide motif finder Hello everybody, i'd like to find inside a cdna database a motif of interest;in particular it is a group of four nt that are respectively at -22 and -30 from the ATG start codon of the gene. I dont have great bionformatic skill, so i'd ask you which could be a simple tool to do it. Thanks a lot! Davide  |
