You can probe with the Pharmacogenetics or Pharmacogenomics links, this way is oriented by this two new disciplines, first you wild be sure if the genoma response god to the drugs .

for a review have a look at the literature [Sousa et al., 2006]. if your possible drug is a small ligand (< 40 AAs) you can try FleXX or AutoDock
