At our department we use SeqMan from DNAStar Lasergene 8. Seqman can align sequences and you can extract the consensus of the alignment.

A lot of consensus types can be shown by UGENE (this is a free program for any platform). And you can also extract it.

ClustalW is an industry standard in multiple alignments. You can provide a FASTA file with multiple sequences to align, and it spits out the consensus. Unfortunately it's somewhat difficult to use, especially if you don't have the sequences all in one file, or if you don't have an application that can read the results.

QuickGene uses ClustalW, making it easy to grab various sequences to align and get straight to work with the result. There's a demo if you need some short-term results.
