Polyphen-2: Ranking SNPs in human genome

hi all,

I am working with the SNPs and using polyphen to rank the SNPs into deletarious or tolerated ones. My problem is that I want to run the tool for large batch query, but I dont know how to do it :(. Is there anyone who can guide me? :(

thanks in advance.

You could write a small python program that does that.

Consider these questions...
Have you been using python to write programs?
Do you know which modules to use if you want to write a custom program?
What kinds of searches would you do?
