Default help please



dear my mates
i need little help i have a virus sequence contains of the c terminal of coat protein and the UTR (untranslated region) ok.

know i wanna alignment it with the same virus sequence from the Genebank
so i need to cut the equivalent sequences from the gene bank to alignment it against my sequence,what program shall i use for that?

for example for locus AY745492

i need to cut from 8571 to 9702

I don't know if I get your question right but it should be simple:
go to the genbank page of your sequence and in the right panel "change region shown" for what segment you need
