 Dye swap normalization In the case of a microarray experiment where I do not have flip dyes for all arrays, then (partial) normalization would influence the data. Could I perform a ttest comparison of the IA/IB (Cy3) versus IA/IB Cy5 to show the uniform distribution?  |
