| Hi, I used protein secondary structure predictors that gave me predictions in the form of H, C or E for each amino acid of my protein. I would like to have a schematic representation of the secondary structure that illustrates helices and everything below the amino acid sequence. I found some programs to obtain those kind of representations (PDBsum, ESPript), but they all ask for a pdb file. I don't have any PDB file of my protein. Are there some programs with which we can obtain nice-looking figures for secondary structure representation by entering a prediction in the form of H/C/E sequences? Or secondary structure predictors that give output in this format? Thank you for your help! |
