| Dear all, I worked on old Pfam databases and now have to use the latest ones. Unfortunately, the organization changed between the first version of Pfam and the latest one. So, is anyone of you know where I can find a file containing, all the families with their associated protein sequences ? Thank you four your understanding, Best Regards. P-S:I've found PfamA-fasta.gz but the sequences in the file are not complete. There is another one pfamseq.gz with all the sequences of Pfam, so I tried to "mix" PfamA with pfamseq but it is too much for my computer. |
