 computing fractal surface dimension of a protein Hello. I'm working with fractal dimension and I would like to know more about the algorithm used by P.Pfeiffer et al. to compute fractal surface dimension. In particular, I would get some information about the algorithm used to cut the protein using a set of parallel planes, because I have no idea of how to do this.  |
